Make the State DOT pay for the repairs for not having their stuff properly secured.I was on the highway here earlier today, very windy in Dallas today, and a plastic 55 gallon barrel shot into the left center lane from the center median, the lane I was merging into, I did my best to avoid it, but it side swiped the drivers side. I was doing about 75 when it hit me, decent hit, I thought, crap! Pulled over at Buc-ee’s looked it over, surprised there is zero damage to either door, just the rocker panels.
Think that situation turned out really well for you could have been worse for sure...Update to my post, replaced the 3 door moldings this morning, took about 15 minutes. Parts were about $300 and took about two weeks to get. The OB is complete again. Black big Bronco tailgate emblem is on b/o for another week or so.
