Hi All,

Picking up my Black Big Bend today!

I have a question. When you Build & Price on Ford’s website, it lists the Rubberized Cargo Floor AND the Cargo Mat as features of the Big Bend package (see screenshots). I didn’t see the Cargo Mat when I test drove it. I am planning to press the dealer to include the Cargo Mat.

Has anyone had any issues with this?

They sometimes ship these separate to the parts department, worth mentioning as they will usually forget.

Back when I ordered our Outer Banks the cargo mat was a $130 option. The cargo floor and rear seat backs come standard rubber coated. Look at the window sticker, my cargo mat was listed under optional equipment. When my Bronco Sport came off the truck, the mat was in a plastic bag in the cargo area along with the antenna and the cargo management system. The current build and price still has it listed as an option.

Oddly, when doing the Build & Price, it does give the option to add the Cargo Mat, but it’s also listed as part of the Big Bend package. I’m going to push for it to be included, as it’s listed on Ford’s website. Just hoping I don’t get a lot of pushback. ??

The current build and price is for the '22 model year and I think there have been a few changes in the packages and options compared to the '21 . I would think that a vehicle delivered to the dealer recently is a 2021 model . As far as I know a 2021 BS BB with the BB package didn't include the cargo mat unless you ordered it as an option. You might get the dealer to include it but I wouldn't hold my breath. The attached picture is what was available starting 5/1/21 . What used to be the Big Bend package is now called the convenience package on the 2022's.

The cargo floor in my 2021 Big Bend with the Big Bend package is hard plastic; no mat included. It does have the diamond plate pattern and a non-slip texture ... perhaps they consider that rubberized? I would not call it that, however.

This makes sense. You’re right, I am getting a 2021.

Thanks for this insight! I’ll still see if I can get them to throw it in. ??

So, after nearly three hours waiting to get in with the finance people, I got the Bronco, woot! It was dark, so I don't have pics, but will post soon.

I didn't realize that it doesn't come with rear floor mats, either. I see there are two sets, one for carpeted BS and one for rubber floor BS. The set for the rubber floor is all one piece in the back, which I would actually prefer, but I am guessing this wont work in the carpeted version? Anyone have experience with this?
