Yeah, I really struggled and decided that my lifestyle would be 80/20 Pavement/Offroad and so these and the Cooper Discoverer AT3-4S were my first choices for high treadlife & low noise but still being a great upgrade over the all seasons. I didn’t have any problems with the Continental tires, but I just had a friend who blew out his stock tire on his prius due to some light overlanding and having a chunkier tire would help avoid that kind of mishap.

Yeah the 80/20 comment. I'm buying tires for the 80% side of that formula.
In all reality for most of us it's more like 95/5% on road off road...

Looks good. I am about 70% pavement and 30% gravel and thus went for the Falken Wildpeak A/T Trail. Has the advantage that I might get away without snow tyres depending on the winter and they are surprisingly quiet and roll on gravel like pavement tyres do pavement.

Thanks for the post! I have the exact same Bronco and have been shopping for new shoes. Split is probably 90/10 for me so KO2 is a tad overkill. Really appreciate your insight.

How has the road noise been for you? I had some Geolander All Seasons on a Lexus NX and after 10k miles they became incredibly noisy.

I only have about 200miles on them right now and they don’t sound any different yet. I can see how future wear might affect that, but for now they are nice

I had them on my Subaru crosstrek, and they were very sure footed on snow. I would get them again.
