Rear view camera

When starting my BS OBX I get a message on the display stating "rear view camera is not working, see dealer for service." When I select reverse gear the display screen goes completely black. Has anyone else had this experience? I'm asking for advice. The
display works properly for all other functions. Thanks in advance.

Ford has had an issue with their rear cameras. I had them replaced in my ‘21 Ranger and my wife’s ‘22 Edge.

Take it to the dealer.

My last F-150 had an issue that I resolved using de-oxit on the connections in the back. Took 30 minutes to check.

I got a recall notification on this ,haven't taken it in yet but plan on going soon .
