FORD App Not Working?

Anyone have the same experience and have a solution. I open the app, I want to remote start the vehicle. Slide the bar, spins and then nothing happens. Tried this simple procedure many times with same result. This as been a on going issue.

Year of vehicle.
SYNC Build version.
Type of device you are using.
OS version number on device.
Version number of Ford app.

When mine does this, I go to the APPs on my phone, force close the APP and then restart it. I have done this a few times and it worked for me.

I had this happen to me last year. For me it turned out some info had gone missing in my Ford account. When I signed into my account (which you should be able to do from any dealer website) and re-entered the missing info the app was working again. And I haven’t had any issue since.

It’s only a guess, but I wonder if the app got updated and someone futzed with my account info.

Did going to the Ford website work? My app just went down too and it says I need to call CS. None of my points appear, acts as registered but zero information appears.
