It should be a four digit number titled as Preview Order or Order Code.

I tired using the ones I had and it turned out to be for a Ford Explorer. I tried calling the dealer and got a voicemail and no call back.

The ford dealers are useless. My dealer hasn’t responded to me since placing the order back in August and that too was after I walked in to force him to do something.
