I've lived in Williams and Tucson, and loved AZ, but UT has more spectacular scenery. I used to camp on the rim of Mt. Graham, and the view from up there was spectacular as well.

We live in Payson and use to go up to the Rim all the time. Found a good place to go shooting., but we found a closer place to us. Haven't had the baby Bronco off road yet. Looking forward to going up on the rim road again.
