Installed a J&L OSC 3.0 Oil Separator

Quick an Easy Installation, I would also advise that you use Blue Loctite
on the Nut from the Alternator Bracket.

A couple of days ago I ran a wire for my Uniden R7 radar detector (mounted to the mirror stem via a Blendmount - highly recommended) through the headliner, down the passenger A pillar to aux power. I also took the opportunity to run a front/rear dashcam combo (Viofo A129 Pro Duo - 4K in the front, 1080P in the back). The install is clean with the windshield and such, although I have it wired to a DC plug splitter instead of fuses (which may be a later project).

Oil changed at my dealership and also having the rearmost quarter glass replaced (something struck it unbeknownst to me and shattered it ). $915!!! ($375 for glass, $180 for panel that has to be removed and can't be reused).

Installed all my skid plates and the rear suspension lift (didn't have time for the fronts today, will finish tomorrow). Makes me feel a lot better about going offroading now!! Unfortunately the new plastic oil pans don't have the oil drain off at the same place it seems.

Finished installing the lift kit and had an alignment done. Ford didn't want to provide the alignment specs saying it was proprietary info and i should have the bs towed to the dealership.... i found the specs i needed a different way but it caused some delays.

Ford is really dropping the ball here by keeping the info "secret". Sometimes towing isn't an option and I honestly didn't want to wait 1 week to get an appointment for this to be done and meanwhile wearing out my brand new tires.

Today I FINALLY got my gloss black tuffskinz for the rear hatch. I think they look like Ford did them....really makes it pop. I especially like the way the white letters underneath outline all the black. I am super happy!

Was that alignment done under warranty? I think I saw Ford covers alignment for 12 months, 12k miles on a new Ford. I was thinking of having them check mine during my first oil change. It feels like it's driving fine but now that I think of it, I usually have lane keeping assist turned on.

That looks pretty good! I might do that on my Oxford White BS. The letters just blend in and it looks like they didn't think that through. Where did you find them?

They don't because i lifted it and replaced the way bar links. therwise they would have.

I finally had some days off and took it out of town to run some errands. I tried going to the beach but apparently there was high tide and the Gulf was up to the road. I didn't want to risk it... but it could've been fun!

I did run it through Quick Quack wash to get all the sand and sea I did get on it. It hasn't been washed since I bought it. I really hate to hand wash (it's hard for me to find the time and I really don't have a good place at home) but I don't want to mess up the paint going through those car washes. From the reviews I read, Quick Quack should be one of the better ones, at least the one I went to. The car washes in town are junky and don't work.

I wish it was that easy but after calling 4 different dealers and getting turned down on all of them.... Doesn't leave me with a lot of options....

In something that I'm sure wasn't worth the money or effort (the swap isn't quick... You need to remove many dash pieces to get it out), I bought the temperature controls from a 2021 BS BL (that have the temperatures on a small displays within the dials) and put it in my 23 BS BL (which lacked those displays on the dials).

Pain in the rear, but happy that myself and any front seat passengers will be able to see the set temp without fiddling with the knobs so it pops up on the Sync 3 screen instead. I spend 99.99% of the time in Apple Carplay so the temp doesn't display on the screen all the time.

Well been a little busy today, installed my 4 Ford Mudflaps, the rears you can just install after removing the push pins. The fronts not so much, you have to drill 3. 1/4 inch holes on each side. to install the fronts. Then after I was done with that I installed the hood struts.
