Dealership wanted $150 to change out my filters. I was hoping I could do it myself, but I can’t find it online anywhere, other than places with $30 shipping?

Assuming the dealer is changing all the filters, oil, air and cabin, if the $150 includes the parts that's not too bad.
If doing it yourself, you can pick up the parts at most any auto parts store, or the Ford dealer parts department.
Also If your an Amazon person, you can get them as well.

I did order online from autozone a few days ago, but they cancelled it yesterday and sent an apology email saying it was out of stock.
Ok did you try Advanced Auto Parts or O’Reilly Auto Parts ?

I have done the oil on my 1.5 3 times so far - this is what I used - bought from Amazon:

Motorcraft® SAE 5W-20 Synthetic Blend Motor Oil(U.S.) (5.3 quarts)
Fram PH3614 Filter
