Mine is stuck, too, but moving along to āEast St. Louis, Illinoisā according to UP.Do you actually see a date on when it ships? On a side note the ordertrack.app on here never has worked for me, it always says "Status Temporarily Unavailable"

I think it will populate a check and a date when it arrives at the dealership and will get a hole punch for dealer prep at the same time.I don't know if mine is stuck, there is no date filled in on the shipped section of the Ford Tracker. I thought it might say "in transit"
UP status is mostly hot garbage. Dindester is the name they use for the ramp at Hermosillo. Received in Nogales is when UP actually hooks up to the autorack your car is on. The only useful information after that is the ETA which is for the next major UP action such as arrival at the destination ramp or turnover to a different RR for the rest of the journey. You'll get a lot of arrived and departed date/times between receipt in Nogales and arrival at the destination, but there will be no location information. Basically all you'll know is if the train is moving or standing still. My train arrived at the destination about 45 minutes ahead of the ETA, was offloaded the next morning, then the autorack was off to its next adventure.I think it will populate a check and a date when it arrives at the dealership and will get a hole punch for dealer prep at the same time.
Just called UP, their messages donāt make a lot of sense except that it started at an unknown origin ramp and then went to something that sounds like Dindester, Son (Ford plant?/border check?) was received in Nogales, AZ 8/14 @ 12:57 PM and ETA of 8/22 @ 3:50 AM in East St. Louis, Illinois (not Missouri). This is all said in reverse order after telling me the latest activity without a location at the beginning (loaded/arrived who knows where this morning at 3:07 AM).
Definitely Shelbyville, 10 miles from dealer and home; dealer confirmed as well. Your chart says NS serves this location. Has anybody found a way to track NS on their own? What is ESL? Yours will get turned over in ESL to NS or CSX which will unload it at Shelbyville, as that's the only unload point listed on the AAR facility list for Kentucky.
Same here!Still "In Production" for me. I know it'll come eventually but, still discouraging!
You are supposed to get the rail car number from your dealer, used FordChat when mine didnāt respond. Then you can call Union Pacific (1-800-877-5123) to track. They donāt give you much helpf information except an ETA and reassurance that your vehicle is moving along. Mine will transfer to Norfolk Southern, and I havenāt found a way to check with them as a lowly consumer.Small update, I got the official āyour bronco sport has been builtā e-mail two days after the official tracker showed it as built
Question for you guys, how do you track where it is on the railroad? Do you just call/chat with ford? From what it seems like United Road is just the company that gets it from my final rail destination (in New Jersey) to my dealership (on Long Island). Is there another tracker I can check for the train journey?
Cool, thanks. Do I have to wait for the āshippedā notification or has anyone been able to get a rail car number before then? You are supposed to get the rail car number from your dealer, used FordChat when mine didnāt respond. Look at @thekingprawn response above or use the search in the menu bar of this page to look up rail tracking. It pops right up.
I didnāt get a āBuiltā notification, just a shipped ĀÆ\_(ć)_/ĀÆ I would try.Cool, thanks. Do I have to wait for the āshippedā notification or has anyone been able to get a rail car number before then?
