Do you actually see a date on when it ships? On a side note the ordertrack.app on here never has worked for me, it always says "Status Temporarily Unavailable"
Ford Bronco Sport July 2022 Waiting Room 1660742608186
Mine is stuck, too, but moving along to ā€œEast St. Louis, Illinoisā€ according to UP.

I don't know if mine is stuck, there is no date filled in on the shipped section of the Ford Tracker. I thought it might say "in transit"

I think it will populate a check and a date when it arrives at the dealership and will get a hole punch for dealer prep at the same time.

Just called UP, their messages don’t make a lot of sense except that it started at an unknown origin ramp and then went to something that sounds like Dindester, Son (Ford plant?/border check?) was received in Nogales, AZ 8/14 @ 12:57 PM and ETA of 8/22 @ 3:50 AM in East St. Louis, Illinois (not Missouri). This is all said in reverse order after telling me the latest activity without a location at the beginning (loaded/arrived who knows where this morning at 3:07 AM).

UP status is mostly hot garbage. Dindester is the name they use for the ramp at Hermosillo. Received in Nogales is when UP actually hooks up to the autorack your car is on. The only useful information after that is the ETA which is for the next major UP action such as arrival at the destination ramp or turnover to a different RR for the rest of the journey. You'll get a lot of arrived and departed date/times between receipt in Nogales and arrival at the destination, but there will be no location information. Basically all you'll know is if the train is moving or standing still. My train arrived at the destination about 45 minutes ahead of the ETA, was offloaded the next morning, then the autorack was off to its next adventure.

Yours will get turned over in ESL to NS or CSX which will unload it at Shelbyville, as that's the only unload point listed on the AAR facility list for Kentucky.

I was told my BS Badlands was in production as of 8/10/22 and will be delivered 8/28/22. BS or could this be true? Ford Customer Service told me this.

Definitely Shelbyville, 10 miles from dealer and home; dealer confirmed as well. Your chart says NS serves this location. Has anybody found a way to track NS on their own? What is ESL? In my profession it means English for Speakers of other Languages.

I’m really hoping it will head straight East for Ky instead of taking a trip North first. Ford ETA is 9/11-9/17, but the ETA for St. Louis is 8/22. I have not seen a 19 day trip from St. Louis to anywhere on this site, so I think I might beat the Ford ETA.

Small update, I got the official ā€œyour bronco sport has been builtā€ e-mail two days after the official tracker showed it as built

Question for you guys, how do you track where it is on the railroad? Do you just call/chat with ford? From what it seems like United Road is just the company that gets it from my final rail destination (in New Jersey) to my dealership (on Long Island). Is there another tracker I can check for the train journey?

You are supposed to get the rail car number from your dealer, used FordChat when mine didn’t respond. Then you can call Union Pacific (1-800-877-5123) to track. They don’t give you much helpf information except an ETA and reassurance that your vehicle is moving along. Mine will transfer to Norfolk Southern, and I haven’t found a way to check with them as a lowly consumer.

Look at @thekingprawn response above or use the search in the menu bar of this page to look up rail tracking. It pops right up.

Cool, thanks. Do I have to wait for the ā€œshippedā€ notification or has anyone been able to get a rail car number before then?

I didn’t get a ā€œBuiltā€ notification, just a shipped ĀÆ\_(惄)_/ĀÆ I would try.

I mean, we don't necessarily know. Do you have a built or shipped or awaiting shipment status on a tracker?

It's technically possible if your posted Arizona location is accurate for delivery since that is only a couple hundred miles from Nogales. But, for those of us that got stuck in the July builds in this thread, the ETA from Ford was irrelevant due to a chip hold of some sort. I don't know if your vehicle has been subject to the same situation.
