In the last few days, I've seen 2 or 3 Bronco Sports without model badges.

i.e. no Big Bend, Outer Banks, etc on the sides.

Were these missing from earlier model years?

Do people remove them?

I’m going to remove my OB badges and replace with this.

I've de-badged my OB model badges as well as the "SPORT" lettering on the back. I wanted a cleaner, less cluttered look.

I debadged mine, including the "Bronco" and "Sport" on the gate. Blacked out the "Bronco" on the grille as well - I felt that the white was obnoxious.

I think the gate needs something to balance the "Ford" badge on the driver's side, I may install a Badlands sticker on the passenger's side to even it out. I'm also considering something more subdued, I'm not big on "bling". There's something about advertising "I bought the highest trim level" that rubs me wrong.

My plans for the white lettering on the grill and rear gate.

I also have a Ford Bronco badge on the passenger side opposite the Ford oval.

When I pick up my BS in 3 weeks, I plan to remove my Outerbanks badges as I generally think they're ugly. Can you advise how you went about it? Thank you!

Hair dryer or dental floss. Then IPA or goo gone or WD40 for the remaining adhesive.

I prefer the hair dryer but others swear by floss or fishing line.

As mentioned, a hair dryer works fine. It's my understanding that just leaving it in the sun at reasonably high temperatures will make the trim badges easy to remove. Get a fingernail under a corner, then steady pressure will pull it off.

I did the floss on the gate lettering, even heating the letters and using floss it was not exactly easy.

On any leftover adhesive, I just applied clear packaging tape over it and pulled it off rapidly - several times doing this and I was able to get it all. Good luck!
