Yeah, I asked for an update yesterday evening, but I haven't heard anything back yet which is weird usually they reply by the next morning at the latest. Could be that my guy Rich is off or something. Sometimes I wonder how some of these dealers stay in business with their level of customer service.

Yes!! Have heard back from mine since Monday right before all of this blew up! He normally gets back the same day or the next morning!

@Jenbeth , just want to say these updates have been awesome. For one, the luck to get yours activated, but your constant updates and sharing has been both helpful and interesting. And the efforts to cross reference maps and satellite hasn't gone unnoticed. You (and the whole group here) have made this pain a bit more bearable.

Awesome to see movement and the "awaiting shipment" arriving for some of us. I'm still "In Production" as of now, but we'll get there!

I just feel like I have whiplash. Ford says to talk with Dealer, Dealer said Ford will communicate, Ford says only dealer has that information, Dealer says they don't get that information from Ford. Hope I love this thing because i don't know if I have buying another car in me for a real long time.

Feeling the same way, hoping I don’t resent the vehicle because of Ford’s actions.

You're going to see cars move down the line that have been built much later than yours. The factory is going to send them down the line in order that they receive the proper chips that are coded to the specific VIN. Your chip may not be ready yet. Nothing to do now but wait.

Still in production there too. I thought that was just pulling the information from the Ford tracker.

We are in the eastern time zone. I checked this morning at 6 AM. Very early at the Mexico plant. It said it was built on 11 August. I bet they update this during the night. Maybe if it were fixed today it would not show up until tomorrow morning.

This thread is for those of us in build week 6/27, but produced in July as well as those built the week of 7/4 prior to the shutdown.

Unless someone posts something different, I believe all of our modules cam “live” in July and then all communication stopped.

You can see the details of my experience in my signature, I’m currently waiting for the tracker to show my BS OBX is built, let alone shipped. After talking to New Vehicle Support, I’m hoping there will be some movement after the factory opens back up on Monday.

I cancelled my order today. Will wait no longer.

I’ve tried to find information about how often the tracker updates and have not yet been successful. I’ve seen reports of updates on Mondays and Fridays, and my “In Production” status populated during the evening on either a Wednesday or Thursday.

I thought you ordered a 2023 a few days ago, and just received your first email. Maybe finding one that's close to your specs on a lot might be the way to go. Either way good luck on the search for the next vehicle.

Thank you for organizing. Looks accurate. I’m hopeful but getting tougher to be by the day. This whole experience has been ridiculous. Good luck to all of you on getting those bronco sports in your garage much sooner than later
