If they use a local trucking company it won’t show up on a tracker. Has your dealer checked with them to see if they have you on schedule to pick up? Even that might not happen if there is faulty info from Ford.

First post. I am in the same bucket as all of you. Ordered 2/26/22, produced July and stuck “in production “. If I had good updates from Ford I would not be as angry as I am but it’s The same thing week after week. I firmly believe that my car is sitting in Mexico. Many batches after mine ( ours) have been produced, shipped and received and this is unacceptable. If we all send emails to the Plant Manager and Head of Manufacturing at Hermisollo maybe that will spur some action. They both have LinkedIn accounts and their names are in their “award” news letter supposedly for being a best plant. Thoughts or does this Potentially just delay our cars more?? (Ford Hermosillo is recognized as the best assembly plant in North America.)

my FordPass updated yesterday morning and not this morning.

the funny part is that odometer is the same but the gas has dropped in half. Unless the car gas was stolen or sitting in idle….I think it is this:

the car may be on a transport that is not flat. Tho it could be train or truck.

But your VIN is actually on there with the word inactive? Mine does nothing on there because it won’t be traveling on UR.

Correct, my vin is listed.. just says inactive

Ford pass won’t let me activate my vehicle. Says feature unavailable, try again once you take delivery of vehicle… WHENEVER THAT WILL BE!!!

Well, one month after my modules activated and sync 3 update, I'm still showing 'in production'. Dealer told me delivery this week, then last week extended to next week, HA! Last time I was able to get on Ford Tracker (5 Aug) it erroneously listed 'Engine Block Heater' under accessories. First time that has shown up. Still not listed on Window Sticker.

My car still says "inactive" on United Road, started being built 7/6. Whether it's built or not, I think it's safe to say it's still in Hermosillo.

@Jenbeth you said that it's likely on a train because it won't update, but when it does update, does the location still say Hermosillo? Wouldn't that mean it's not on a train?

Definitely strange when others are listed as pending. I wonder if they’re going with a different carrier.
