Has anyone that's been moved to waiting shipment been moved to shipped? Mine has had a pending update since Wednesday according to chat and the guy at my dealership but no change
I’m still “in production”… almost a month!

Just got off Ford Chat, Customer Relations, New Vehicle support and some other Bronco Sport hotline that I was transferred to and can’t figure out. Everybody was “Sorry, not sorry” except FordChat (who told me to contact all of the above as well as my dealer and check the tracker?), he did, however, add notes to my ford complaint which he was able to access by the case number. He says I should hear from them in a few days, but I was told the same thing on 7/20 so I won’t be anticipating a response from @Ford Motor Company any time soon.

so disappointing. I was thinking earlier that I should try ford chat. But seems I’ll just be met with the same disappointment. I’ll probably check in with my dealer next week. It’s really crazy!

Ford Bronco Sport July 2022 Waiting Room 1659145203092

some where on this picture are all or our cars......

nothing is logically explainable right now. nobody can tell us anything new we have not heard. are they sitting in the plant getting loaded on to a train, maybe.....are they already arrived at some destination rail yard waiting for trucking...perhaps....are they in orbit and looking at us?? who knows?? they could all turn into Autobots?!!! heck I'll take that!!

Enjoy your weekend!

@Ford Motor Company doesn’t seem to care very much about us (and they also don’t seem to know the phone number to their Hermosillo plant). Leaving all of us hanging like this is unforgivable and goes against every good business practice they say they follow. Lee Iacocca is turning in his grave right now. My husband was getting ready to order a new F-150 but said after what I have been going through he will never buy another Ford Product.

I’m on board with your husband. Feel like ditching this and going back to Jeep. My husband, being the logical one and not the emotional one, has been the only thing keeping me from not doing so.

Really just disappointing. I know we all were told of the wait, read about people from the end of last year that were/are still waiting, and I don’t think anyone is asking for anything special or to make it all move faster. Really just want to know what’s going on. Having it sit as “built” for almost a month is a bit concerning. Just tell me if it’s waiting on a part, transit, someone to drive the thing on a train, whatever. I get we are only a drop on the bucket for Ford. But they are a major manufacture and the technology has to be there to better communicate what’s going on without having to involve too many humans. If not, missed opportunity for someone to develop said technology and sell to ford.

I’m ready to bail, too. Yesterday I told the person I was chatting with that it’s not the lack of vehicle that is bothering me, it’s the lack of communication. I wouldn’t be surprised if we all get a generic “we’re sorry” email from @Ford Motor Company again this weekend. They seem to think that is good communication.
Will be interesting to see if it makes a difference, I’m at the point now where I’m wondering if I would even enjoy driving a @Ford Motor Company product. I’m starting to look at other vehicles, I’m sure there are companies that would take the $500 down payment I gave to Ford off the purchase price of whatever I get just so they can share the story of my bad experience and Ford’s lack of customer service.

Just got off the phone with the sales manager from Tri County Ford in Buckner, KY. He says there is no information and will be no information until there is some information. He told me to just be patient, sometimes vehicles get built and set aside and it could be 6 months before anybody notices they haven’t been shipped. I asked if it could be six months and he said it could be.

is there a self destruct on the app for your car?? that will get some attention...

this guy is a joke?!!

My dealership is saying the car can get to the rail yard at the destination and wait for a week+ to gather up more cars to truck. I can understand that situation.

I will try to be patient....also, just maybe the car prices will fall soon and I started to see inventory at the dealership, perhaps not BS but others...

Think about a new car sitting in 100 degree weather for a month. Not a new car anymore. Communication is really a problem at Ford. You would think a Ford rep would have some way of knowing a car is lost.

My BL was "in production" on July 8th. Then I got a "built" email on 7/28, and then a "shipped" email today 7/30. This is my second BL, and I got my first one 7 days after shipping. However, I'm in the Phoenix area and I'm sure that helps getting my vehicle sooner.

I’m giving it two weeks then going to the local Jeep dealership. They have multiple Renegade (Red) and Altitudes on their lot. Super sharp, available and less expensive. @Ford Motor Company has lost all my trust.
