I have seen them jump into threads w/o a private request...the other thread regarding the same issue, for example. In any event, how would I send them a private message. Who are they in here?
If you click on @Ford Motor Company you should see a pop-up window with one option to "start a conversation". They will come into threads on occasion and if there is an issue usually ask for the OP to send them a PM (private message) with their VIN and dealership name/location. In that message, I would also link to your posting about the issue.

Well it has been hot as Hades here in Tennessee for the last couple of weeks---I mean brutally hot so I have been running AC at Maximum...and a few weeks ago there was VERY HEAVY rain...

Funny how that guy from FORD hasn't popped in this thread like he did with another similar issue. I am going to recommend to all my contacts to hold off on buying a BRONCO since he is basically snubbing me....

As far as popping the hood there is nothing I can see as thee is a cover far above the pedal linkages...

I can't answer for FoMoCo, they've been pretty good about helping out. I get your frustrations, but easy on the salty...it's fluid. Based on the air use and rain/high humidity it sounds like condensation perhaps from the vent system. Should be a floor outlet just under your steering...take a paper towel and wipe that area see if it's building up, particularly after running hot with the air on max...that's my two cents.

What's the underside of the flooring look like when you pulled it out? Is there anything transferring that could lead to a clue? You said it's hot is it the rubberized floor melting?

It’s part of your brakes. It basically prevents your brakes from creaking when you step on them. It looks like this…

The rubber boot in your second pic is filled with lubrication. Maybe they put too much in it???
No, rubber boots are not “filled with lubrication”. If they were, then when they were compressed that lubrication would squirt out and they are obviously designed to be compressed. The rubber boot is there to protect the shaft that slides into the brake master cylinder from contamination that would damage the seal on that shaft.

Now in this case, there might be something in that rubber boot that isn’t supposed to be there that is getting pushed out when the brakes are applied.

The part in it is lubricated not filled. I should have known someone would think I meant the whole thing was filled with fluid. I know this because my old Jeep Liberty brake pedal was creaking loudly. When I spayed penetrating fluid inside the boot it fixed the problem. He or she needs to press the brake pedal and touch the end of the boot to see if lubrication is dripping out. Only other thing I can think of is maybe the windshield isn’t seated properly and water is getting in. A few people on here had that problem. I’m not a mechanic so these are just my two cents.

Sell it...get something more reliable with a better customer service program, show Ford how you feel. Lots of options and this is a great market to sell for top dollar and free yourself of that nightmare POS before the entire floor is saturated in mystery fluid...that's my best advice. Why waste time bitching on a forum. Sell it while it's hot.

Probably be able to get all their money back assuming purchased at sticker price. These sports have crazy high resale value right now. Demand very high....

Since it is a First Edition I could probably get more than I paid for it---providing I hide those spots...
