This may answer some questions. (DISCLAIMER: I don't endorse these attitudes, I'm just reporting.)I've been wondering where the hell everyone went. It's as if a quarter of our workforce just vanished during the last couple of years.
A lot, like my father, retired. It's not just young people that are fed up with working wages/conditions. It's older people that have realized/decided they don't need to work any more.Virtually everywhere that I go today, the businesses are short-handed and are having a hard time hiring experienced staff. Customer service has taken a big hit. In the last week, I've heard this from my eye doctor, my internist, the Ford dealer, a local mechanic, a local transmission shop, and a local tire shop.

Yep, like me. My staff and I worked at home for 2 years with great results and were cited as exemplary telecommuting examples. My employer acted as if they'd learned a lesson during the pandemic. They could lower costs and increase staff productivity and satisfaction by letting us work remotely. But then some fatcat gave them $50m for a new research building with their name on it and the whole plan changed. New building, gotta fill it up!A lot, like my father, retired. I'm a 911 dispatcher ... trust me, this is a far more common occurrence than it used to be. We're all getting depleted badly.Confirmed

they did...many found it easier to live without a job with incentives to do so. thank you for your severely needed and exceedingly underpaid efforts. As someone on the other end of that dispatch...it gets crazy and I have no idea how yall keep up. We'd run 6000 calls a year, and that was ONE department in a county of 30. I can't imagine the storms that would come and not a truck or ambulance was available...bless you for what you do.I'm a 911 dispatcher ... trust me, this is a far more common occurrence than it used to be. when I was hired into my current job, there were 300 applicants per position. Ann Arbor Fire Dept had 1000 applicants for four jobs. One was already set aside for the Chief's nephew...and two others were guaranteed to women... Sounding like the proverbial (literal old man) we were happy to have any job, and we weren't paid enough and we liked it. We were thankful to have a job. Today, 'kids' can 'earn' millions on youtube talking nonsense. This world is not improving. It's foolishly declining into less deserves more. That's not how this nation was built. The struggle is important. It teaches appreciation for your climb. This may answer some questions. (DISCLAIMER: I don't endorse these attitudes, I'm just reporting.)

Your dealership has excellent customer service. However, this thread is looking for information about the representative here in the forum. I wish that all dealerships had the kind of customer service you are getting.Thought I'd add my 2 cents worth about Ford Customer Service.
Just got a phone call from the dealer I bought my Bronco from and the woman advised me about the recall for the oil separator, which I already knew about.
Anyway, she said it would take about 15 minutes and they'd be happy to send a technician to my house to do it so I wouldn't be inconvenienced, so he'll be here tomorrow at 1PM.
That's what I call Customer Service.
