Sync 4 Wake Word - How?

I looked at this YouTube video which shows how to set the wake words on an F150, but I ran into trouble right off the bat. Instructions start at 1:40.

I don't have the "Voice Control" option on my settings screen. It does look like there are other options behind the phone on the right, but I can't figure out how to see them.

Well, I figured that out. I wasn't moving the screen far enough to actually move to the screen to the left, it kept sliding back to the right so I couldn't see the Ford Assistant box.
