Hello,

Has anyone experienced a squeaking noise while steering the vehicle? I just noticed the noise the other day and can only hear it at low speeds. I have also noticed that it takes the power steering like 5 seconds to turn back on after auto start/stop.

Thought I would ask on here before I get treated like an idiot at my dealer.

Thanks.

Yes, I have what I would describe as a rhythmic clicking at low speeds, regardless if I turn left or right and seems to originate under the hood or in the suspension area. It's not coming from the steering wheel itself. The noise is consistent - happens 100% of the time. It's not detectible at higher speeds, due to normal engine noise.

Long shot, but did you ever solve this one? Thanks.

Can you send over a message with your VIN and estimated mileage? I would like to look into your squeaking concerns on my end.

Closing the loop on the issue I experienced with my 2024 Bronco Sport BL edition. I took it to the dealer who sold it to me. They also heard the rhythmic clicking I heard at low speeds.

After extensive testing, they diagnosed the issue as a pair of bad, suspension strut bearings. They ordered the parts and replaced them. Problem solved, quiet, normal steering. So happy.
