Nice work! If I had your welding skills I'd add a rack for a gas can on the left side. Off-raod, the gas mileage goes down to about 10 mpg.

I thought about that ,but when I placed a 5gal jerry can on that area it blocked my left tail light , plus I added the ebike rack that complicated that addition.

I've cut some of the pieces, just need to get my argon bottle filled ,so I can start welding, don't like the bolt together models out there ,they just don't look that solid to me , mine will be 60 inches long by 38 inches wide and 6 inches tall.
