Spare steel wheel offset a bit bigger

Looking to add a full size spare. The OEM QBX wheel offser is 37.7 mm. A new 18x7 with 5x108 mm bolt pattern black steel wheel for an Escape or Bronco Sport on Ebay is 52 mm. Any problem using that size offset difference?

@rocks your vehicle takes a range of +29 to +65 on a 7inch wide wheel. You should be fine for offset.
