There are a few new to off-roading/overlanding getting one of our beloved Sports. I was one of them.
We focus a lot of time on the fun gadgets and equipment upgrades/acquisitions and don’t think about the tactical knowledge of our adventures sometimes until it’s too late and we end up not doing coolness or getting out of our league.
Knowing a bit about where you are going (and not getting lost in the process) is important. I like OnX when I’m in the fieldfor a few reasons. Tho I do have Gaia as well in the planning phase.
