So, my GOAT modes went out, no warning lights, nothing. Just a blank screen when I turned the dial.

took it to the dealer, had to wait three weeks for an appointment. Took them two hours to call and say there was a "fault" in the switch, and they replaced it. So, good to go again. In the weeks of waiting I noted that the GOAT switch is about an inch from the cupholder. I can only surmise that if some coffee got in there, it would fault the plug.
