Service engine, transmission seems to disengage and engage

Started all of a sudden, rolls backwards when in drive til it engages, and sometimes no ability to live forward when stopped... Also when got it to drive... Would dip in revs, go up in rvs, and reverse, very clunky getting into gear. I've had 2 water pumps, the actuator, and now this..... What's the lemon rule....2021 with good amount of miles, but i treat it like gold and 100k now a days, is nothing.
