Replaced brake lights with LED bulbs. Now getting hyperflash / fast blinking lights

This is common when replacing with LEDs. Visit the SuperbrightLED website and they have the resistors and steps for installing the resistors to make the hyperflash go away.

All I did was take the bulb that was hyperflashing and took the bulb out and rotated the poles and put it back in problem solved.

Was just curious on why flipping the bulb solved your fast blink, the description and some of the review comments I read didn’t indicate the product has resistors

“plug-n-play, yet for some vehicles with CAN-BUS system, load resistors maybe required to avoid the error code” (aka fast blink)

there was a reviewer on one of the forums that stated it changes the polarity and would fix it and it did.
