Removing rear internal trim panels experience

Does anyone have any experience or can help removing the internal rear plastic trim panels (the rear fender pieces below the rear windows) are as well as the plastic trim on the lift gate? I need to do some sound dampening and I haven't been able to find any information or videos online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
