Rear windows only roll up sometimes

So I've noticed with my rear windows, sometimes I can just do a one pull and release of the buttons and they roll up on their own, but sometimes I do it and they just roll up a tiny bit and I have to go back and hold the buttons until they are all the way rolled up. Does this happen under specific conditions or is it a problem with the windows?

I'll try that thanks, it just seems to me like it's random when it works with one touch, sometimes it works and sometimes I have to hold it
