Are the rear passenger windows on any of the trim levels suppose to go fully down? A colleague of mine bought a BS and she noticed that immediately when trying to lower them.

Thanks for the link! I’d never actually heard of this as a safety feature before, I always did think it was just for the reason the article says. There’s only so much room for hte glass to go down.

Thanks for the responses! I would have thought that the dealerships let alone Ford would have made this known to potential buyers? A few product experts at the dealerships were unaware of this as well until it was made known to them.
This has been a common feature of many different vehicles for decades. I'm surprised anyone is surprised by it.
But I'll admit I always thought it was a safety feature and not a design constraint.

I’m assuming it’s fully up & just some really clean glass as they would’ve detailed the vehicle for the photo shoot.
Came across this the other day unless my eyes are deceiving me or this rear passenger window has been altered?!

Not sure. THe sky does look a shade darker to me through the window area, but maybe that’s just what I want to see too.
Not all BS models come with tinted glass. I've seen dealer units without tinted windows online. Both of mine BS were factory tinted except the front doors. Dealer had them done for me.
