RC light bar install in a big bend

New here. I have a 2021 big bend and I just got the 20in light bar from RC noticed that the front radar in the grill is in the way. Has anyone put this light bar on and what did they do with the radar ? Can I shut this off . If I take it out will it cause any alarms/faults ? I don’t use cruise control si I’m not worried if it effects anything with it .

Maybe you missed the RC fitment notes.
NOTES-IMPORTANT
Does NOT fit models with adaptive/active cruise sensors..
Unfortunately I can't answer your question regarding removal of the sensor.

Yes, you will almost certainly get a warning message (according to the Owner's Manual):

The funny part about it is it sits in the same place that the RC Nudge bar blocks when installed. The nudge bar install only says it “may interfere” compared to the 20” bar install saying “not for vehicles with adaptive cruise control”.
I purchased the Nudge bar, wanted the round lights but were on back order until April. Being as impatient as I am to build up by BS, I swapped for the 20”, but decided to mount on my roof rack instead. Found some 7” 3way lights on Amazon that I’m going to install on the bar.
My recommendation, there is another cut out below the license plate. I’ve seen some folks on here do that, but I don’t know about mounting needs.

Thanks for the reply’s. I found on the touch screen under settings where I can turn off the collision avoidance. Thanks again. I’ll have to get the kids to show me how to down load some pics of my bs “Brutus”
