Rain in door seal?

When it rains, does the rain collect in your door seals? When I open my rear right passenger door water just pours in like a drain pipe onto my floor board in the back passenger seat.

Yes, this is "normal." Water collects along the top door seal, and then as opened that seal angle changes from roughly parallel to the ground to angled downward toward the hinge side of the door. Then the water runs out and onto the rear rocker panel. A little surprise, a little annoying, but am aware of it now and so just one of those quirks and nbd.
