Radiator Fan Noise

Anyone having any issues with noise from the radiator fan? It comes and goes, but there is something not right with it. The noise seems to cycle where it is loud and then quiet. Here is a video https://photos.app.goo.gl/pZ8QaS2Qg7526MVT9

That sounds like it is hitting on the fan housing.take it to dealers they will fix that .

You were pretty much correct.

Radiator fan was rubbing the wiring harness and had to be replaced. They had to overnight a fan from Michigan and everything is working great now.
