I have a 2022 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. For the most part, it has been great! However, it just went completely haywire. The battery light came on first thing in the morning on a cool day. Then, less than a mile from home, turning around to limp it home, the temperature guage went from low to overheating and the entire thing lost power. I was able to call Ford for a tow. Upon getting to the dealership, they said the serpentine belt had also broken. They are struggling to find and repair all the issues. They have had it for a week already and say it may be at least a week more. I have never had a new vehicle(I purchased it new) fail on so many fronts. I have already had other recalls fixed and replaced windshields due to flaws in the glass. This is very frustrating. I am reading in this forum of other belts breaking and other power issues. When visiting with the dealership, they said they know there are issues with the power, battery, and computer, but have no 'fixes' as of yet. I drive it on highways back and forth to work about 12 miles each way. No hard or off road driving.
They just don't make them like they used to. Any one else experiencing this many issues?

How many miles are on your vehicle?

Have you noticed your coolant reservoir being low on coolant?

There is a known water pump issue. If the water pump seized, the belt would break. This situation would cause the vehicle to overheat and go into Fail-Safe Cooling Mode. This will give you limited power to get to a safe place off the road.
