I have a 2021 BS over night it started not properly receiving calls IE you answered you can't hear them nor can you be heard. Now if you turn off BT and then back on you can hear. Anyone got anything.

You need to first post a screenshot of the Sync 3.4 version you are on, follow these steps:

To find your Sync 3.4 Build Version (do not scan for updates):

Select SETTINGS tab, then
Select GENERAL tab, then
Select ABOUT SYNC tab

Post the screenshot please (without showing your VIN)
