I have found @Ford Motor Company to be utterly useless here. Some people claim they are "great to have," or "it's good to have someone from Ford listening". They are pointless if all they do is get your VIN and tell you to reach out to your dealer.

They wouldn't reply here because they would offer ZERO value to what I am doing.

as an FYI
I used the passapp account/help/chat some time ago
can't recall what the issue was
but do remember it was resolved using chatline
it put me in touch with engineering
worth a shot

First, I need with the CMS. That doesn’t have it. Then I said it has to be from an FE or BL, so it needs the 110v outlet. That does not have it.

By the speaker outlet, you can also tell it isn't for the upgrade package. IT does eliminate a number.

Have you considered just buying a wrecked salvage Bronco? Bid like the junkyards do. You can get a whole set of CMS plus a bunch of other stuff to resell. Example:
