Managed to get a set through a nearby dealer. Had to pay about $200 in FordPass points, but I figure I am unlikely to use them for anything else, so may as well spend them before they expire. The parts guy at my dealer said that there weren't any in stock in any of his warehouses (which looked to be 15 different places) and only a couple in stock at nearby dealers. Decided to run over right away so I wouldn't miss out and end up having to shell out real money on eBay (though they were going for $80 on eBay last I looked).
