Mine has most of those issues as well. My dealer is sorting those miss aliened and ill fitting items as parts come in.
How did you initiate that conversation and are you justifying it via the standard warranty? Seems like a lotta dealers would activate Squirrel Mode on helping to resolve these things. #teachme

Ok. Update about REDACTED. Good news, when I took my car to REDACTED about REDACTED, they said that I was in luck and that the REDACTED I saw was just a REDACTED and nothing to worry about. Whew.

Note: Redactions are to protect the delicate :)

Funny thing is, there really was something wrong :)

Mine shares most but not all of the exact same fit problems in the exact same spots. This isn't Ford unique either. This is how modern cars are assembled by snap together pieces of soft molded plastic. Used to be at least one screw would hold stuff together.

If anyone wants to see really whiny complaining, go visit the board's Facebook group. "Ahhh, my windshield got hit by a rock and cracked! What kind of shitty glass does Ford use!?" or "DAE have any regrets about >thing<?". It's exhausting.

That group was brutal. I gave up on them.
As far as door panel fit, mine started to drift outwards since I got it in May. Not an actual issue in that it doesn’t appear to be about to fall off and is more of a “seriously?!?” moment.
Oh, and I fixed the mud flaps. One down…

As a side note, the Philips screw is without a doubt the second most stupid screw design out there.

By the way, is that the rear door? My driver looks pretty good, but the driver side rear looks exactly like that. Check out your defroster cables on the rear window too. They might be pushing the seal in a weird way.

this is actually a fantastic thread.

i feel the same. my gf and i knew what we were getting into, regarding possible build qualities, fit and finish etc. especially coming from new mazda and a honda, fit and finish on imports … tough to beat.
however, theres a reason most law enforcement, ems, military etc buy ford. they are built for purpose, and extreme use.
we are giving ford a try, and yes, there are some quirks here and there, but efff man, we love this darn bronco sport.

That pretty much sums up how the feel about it. It seems tough, but not exactly refined.

It is the rear door yes. I shall check the rear window seals later ?

Just showed the Business manager and we chatted with the Service manger. It was like a week old at the time so he ran with it. To be fair the full coverage extended warranty I have even covers cigarette burns in the seat so its not a huge deal for them to deal with a little trim and and some cosmetics.
