My build so far…

Picked up my BS BL back in December. Only took nine months. Definitely worth the wait. I order an HRG lift kit before the bronco arrived and installed it myself on December 18/21. I got the dealer to do a tire swap for BFG KO2 245/65-17s I didn’t want to take a chance on it rubbing, and I didn’t want to have to cut or trim the flanges. I love the look, with the lift and the ko2s, this is how it should look for factory! I did notice some strut rattle right away after the install. I contacted HRG and they sent me out an updated set of front spacers that are supposed to correct that issue. Taking it in on Monday to get them installed and new alignment done. HRG has been great, easy to deal with, and they post good content showing their kit capabilities. In January I fabricated a custom roof rack, and wired up a light bar and spot lights. At some point I plan to upgrade the lights to a better brand, but for now they work fine. Created custom mounts and used the same mounting hook design as the factory roof rails to secure the rack. Next plan once the weather smartens up here is to black out the Bronco emblems front and back, remove the dealer decal, and try to black out the ford oval on the back.

. Crazy place to live, one day it is spring, the next you are time warped back to January and 2 feet of snow!!! The KO2s really get the job done.
