Well, I finally decided to go back to the stealthy factory exhaust system. I have an MRT Muffler that has approx. 6000 miles on it. It is made for a direct swap out with the OEM muffler, no mods required. I welded this in place, but it can be clamped if you chose. I paid $300, I am asking $125 for anyone interested. If you like a more aggressive sound, then this is a great muffler. Coupled with a CAI you can feel the difference at the pedal; my mileage gained about 15-20% as well if you drive conservatively. Now that I have my OEM back on my beast it seems like a new car. I went from a performance sound to almost no sound, what a difference. I also sound proofed the entire back end and put on super quiet Continental tires to get that extra stealthy sound. What a difference it makes when listening to nothing but the road and air.
