Nice! How easy is it to strip out the screws into the plastic and will they support the weight? The CCMP are up!

We make these for a bunch vehicles, including under our Toyota brand (Victory4x4) the screws hold up great. A complete non-issue.Nice! How easy is it to strip out the screws into the plastic and will they support the weight?
Still somewhat hesitant to poke holes.
Thanks. Great work! Just might have to order some and the rear.We make these for a bunch vehicles, including under our Toyota brand (Victory4x4) the screws hold up great. A complete non-issue.
You pull the panel off. We do this because the hatch opens up and want to make sure it never falls down. It’s not a hard install. We’ll have more info on that next week.Thanks. Great work! Just might have to order some and the rear.
Assume the rear will attach the same or will you have to pull the panel?
Im sorry but this looks like hot garbage. Its like someone found a panel and just screwed it into the center console. i know its just one opinion but it just looks cheapWorking on installing a couple prototypes today. Center console molle panels and rear hatch molle panels.

Then don’t buy them right ?Im sorry but this looks like hot garbage. Its like someone found a panel and just screwed it into the center console. i know its just one opinion but it just looks cheap
Haven’t tried. I don’t think it would be impossible, but in our experience it is not needed. Then don’t buy them right ?
Constructive question :
How hard to remove the console section and thread nylon lock nuts on the back, inside of the mounting screws/ bolts ?
I think they look totally military, I dig em’
I’ve screwed things into the type of plastic our center consoles are made of more than a few times over several decades.Haven’t tried. I don’t think it would be impossible, but in our experience it is not needed.
My only comcern would be the added weight to the hatch panel and the struts holding that weight. Have you loaded it up and tested? We’ll have a video. You have to pop the hatch panel, drill some holes, install the molle panel, reinstall.
Even I am not old enough to have installed an 8 track player.?I’ve screwed things into the type of plastic our center consoles are made of more than a few times over several decades.
That plastic (of many different car makers) holds the screw pretty much like a nylon lock nut anyways.
I’ve hung many a CB radio, 8 track tape player and a few pew pew mounts like that in plastic with short little pointed screws.
A cobra is not light. Never an Issue but inside lock nuts might make some people feel better.
For, U know,
Holding that Desert Eagle .50 cal in place when we’re out Rock Racing in our BS’s
:’P
Yes. If overloaded, it doesn’t want to stay up. We are trying to source upgraded struts. My only comcern would be the added weight to the hatch panel and the struts holding that weight. Have you loaded it up and tested?
