Missing part inquiry

My bronco sport big bend was damaged during transport and they had to replace the front bumper area. While in the body shop it came out missing a piece of plastic, seems like it may just be a cover. As you can see by the second photo. This was not missing upon purchase. Anyone know if this is a simple fix? They also returned it to me with non-functioning headlights so hopefully that just requires them to plug them back in.

Looks like it's the cover for the radar sensor. It's probably sitting in tool box of the technician that worked on your car. There's always a learning curve for everyone working on a new car. I'm saying it's understandable, but it's still not acceptable.

Their explanation is that they don't know where it is so they're gonna have to order the part. I was more concerned with the headlights which i guess they just left unplugged

You need the cover unless you want your radar sensor damaged from road debris

Nope they don’t care about the driver, doesn’t come with one on the drivers side for some unknown reason

I believe it’s due to the fact that most likely the driver will be holding on to the steering wheel and not reaching for a grab handle you have a big grab handle right in front of you.
