Locking Issue That Is Torturing Me & My Dealers Service Department

What is happening? How are you trying to lock it?

I tried locking with the fob, internally/manually & via the app to no avail. I set the child locks & now can lock the front & back doors, however the back hatch will NOT lock whatsoever.

I sent my info to a Ford rep 3 weeks ago & have yet to hear back. I travel frequently & I use to keep items in my Bronco, but I can no longer keep anything in it without it being stolen (3x robbed this year had charger cords & Bluetooth adapter stolen). Between the horrible squeaky brakes when in reverse & locking issues, I wish I would've never purchased this Badlands Sport.

Please let me know if anyone has ever resolved this issue.
