Lift Kit and Tires Questions

I have a 22 sport OBX. I'm not 100% happy with the ride height and have been looking into a lift but I have questions. Hoping that someone can help.

1. Are there any recommendations for a lift kit?
2. Can I continue to use the stock tires after the lift kit is installed?
3. What is the max tire size I can put on once the lift kit is installed?
4. Does a lift kit affect gas mileage? (this is more of a curiosity)
