little history , at about 100k miles had first issues out side the sync 3 and brake noise. Trans started to shift weird and hard on way home. Outside of warranty but had Carshield they towed it to a near by shop that then proceeded to tell me needed to rebuild the trans. which was done. About 15k miles later had the vacuum pump collar cracked , when replaced the rear main seal started to leak. I again used my car shield and towed to shop which proceeds to tell me the turbo and rear main are bad. Car shield only authorized the rear main. when i went to pick up my BS it was smoking so bad I couldn't drive it. so had it towed to AAA for second opinion. ( rear main was already fixed) when at AAA they found cylinders were washed and head gasket was bad. recommend replacing motor. car shield blamed the turbo for the failure and would only replace the turbo left me on hook for new motor. I then got a motor from a wrecked BS . another 10k miles and im at my current issue. While driving the other day out of no where started to sputter and act like it wanted to stall. I got it home and had code p087. replaced low pressure sensor on the rail. then got a bunch of other codes . now I also have a trans low signal and cam shaft sensor codes . These only happen when i put vehicle into drive. I changed the High pressure pump. watching the pressure it idles at about 3100-3500 psi in the rail. when i put into drive it starts to buck and wants to die. goes into a kind of limp mode. pressure down to about 80 psi.. thinking maybe could be in tank low pressure fuel pump/sending unit.
