Uhhh how does one figure out which they have?The sports with electric power brake boosters are not part of recall. Only the ones with vacuum power brake boosters are affected by the recall.
Check this link. The brake booster is installed on the driver's side firewall. If yours doesn't look like this then you probably have a vacuum powered booster. Just to add more to your confusion, not all vehicles equipped with a vacuum powered booster are affected by the recall, only those that do not have a sensor on the vacuum line to detect a loss of vacuum. That I cannot tell you where to look. The absolute best way to determine if a recall applies to your vehicle is to go directly to the NHTSA and enter your VIN.Uhhh how does one figure out which they have?
