"Inactive" status on United Road Logistics

My salesman said he doesn't have access to the Rail Car # and when I track the VIN on the United Rail Logistics site, it keeps saying "inactive" which has been the case for 2 weeks now. Is there any other way to get the Rail Car # since my salesman says he doesn't have it. All he can see is that status says in transit and Arrived at Junction Point with ETA 2/23-3/1.

I called Ford myself and got the rail car number when I asked the agent on the line.
