Understood. I was just trying to clarify the operation for 21.Since you have a 2021 you have the steering wheel button and the one on the turn signal stalk.
2025 is different animal.

Not to beat a dead horse, and my apologies if this post wins me the award for the obvious, but I was finally able to get back in and test operation for 2021 and it works like this:Understood. I was just trying to clarify the operation for 21.
10-4 When Ford eliminated the button on the end of the turn signal stalk that changed the dynamics from what I was used to on my 2021.Not to beat a dead horse, and my apologies if this post wins me the award for the obvious, but I was finally able to get back in and test operation for 2021 and it works like this:
The lines on the side of the little road icon shown in the cluster turn on and off with the button on the end of the stalk. This lets you know if lane keep assist is on or off. This can be enabled or disabled with or without ACC enabled.
The little picture of the steering wheel at the bottom of the road icon in the cluster indicates when lane centering assist is on. This feature is controlled by the button on the left steering wheel pad. This feature only functions when ACC is active. If you try to activate the feature with ACC off, you will get a message telling you that in order to use lane centering assist, you have to turn on ACC. If you push the button while ACC is on, it toggles the feature (and the little picture of the steering wheel) on and off.
I know the original question was about 2025MY, but I thought Wireman was asking this because he was trying to understand how the operation of his 2025MY BS compared to his pre-2025 BS and he was unsure if his recollection was correct. I hope this helps in that regard.
