Not really cheesy. Unless you are doing some gnarly off-roading this looks like a chesp way to dress up your bronco. Hell if they only last a few years you can get new ones.

Not for me but not sure I see a big difference between this an plastidip, for example. I mean ... it's not permanent so ...

Honestly that shiny black plastic look is what I think makes them look funky - make these in like a solid matte and they could be really cool.

what happens if you decide to remove the wheel skins. Since they attach with clips, will it leave scratches on the wheels?

I hate the outerbanks trim because of the gloss black rims. They look terrible on the BS and all other off roady vehicles, all the other wheels Ford made for the sport look awesome.

Agree I found a place not far from me that does powder coating and I am going to see what options they have and how much to paint my Cactus Gray OB wheels

I wouldn't want dirt to get underneath them and possibly damage the factory paint/finish. It's a little more work but I feel like if you want to change up the look you're better off plastidipping the rims.

Very True. Been years but I’ve seen decent looking hub caps for half a C-note. BUT,,,,,
Never seen them to fit Aluminum wheels only Steelies.
