If you'd like to take your Bronco Sport offroading, but don't know how or are a novice at it, your best bet is to participate in an Offroad Clinic for novices, put up by many of your local 4WD clubs.
Contact your local 4WD club (a list included below, by city), and inquire about available Offroad Clinics - many clubs offer/teach these; this would be your safest route to proper/safe offroading:
