When my received notice from Ford that my BS has been built, I immediately began checking my VIN on the Palsapp site. My VIN showed up with a "Pending" status. However, right after I received my email from Ford saying that my Sport has been shipped, my VIN no longer shows up on Palsapp. All I get now is the following message:

VIN Number Not Found.
The Unit may have been moved by another Carrier or not yet released to Carrier.

Is there another way to track my shipping status? Is there a way to determine what carrier is being used? Or, am I doomed to sit and wait......and wait?

I have the same experience. Got a production notice on 3/24 and palsapp said pending. Checked yesterday again with my VIN and got the same error message you did.

Our Sports might be on the same freight train...

Since my build, my delaer has emailed me daily with visibility report which updates the current location. Having your delaer track it might be the most reliable way.
I think other users have endorsed this as the best way as a well.

I wish that were true but I haven't received a shipping notification yet and I received my production notification on 3/24 so I would be shocked if mine has shipped already.

If you have access to your sticker in my opinion that is your best tracker. At the bottom of the sticker in the center you will see date changes, follow those.
I get that. But, that date won't tell me where my Sport is. First world problems...I know.

@Donnie722 was “Spot on.” Your dealer has 24/7 access to Ford’s vehicle visibility system and has the most current up-to-date info on your order. They know exactly where your truck is. If your salesman is clueless, ask for the new car manager, inventory manager or general manager. They will have access to the system.

I'll take your advice and give that a try. My salesman has been the man throughout this entire process. But when I asked him about tracking the shipment, he claimed that he didn't have a way to do so.

Your sale guy might not know about that they can track your order, that’s why you/he might need to go to someone else. When you speak to him mention “Ford’s Vehicle Visibility System” so they know that you know.... that’s what I had to do and it helped.
