So I got my air suspension springs in but I'm having trouble figuring out the torque specs to use to put them on. I found a general guide going off of bolt size and I've gotten some information from some of the lift kit instructions but I was wondering if anyone has like a guide on the torque specs for the suspension for the broncos sport?

Contact me in conversations. Send me your full address, and I'll send you a copy of the service manual. That should have the torque specs you need.

The service manual has way too many areas to do that. If you give me which specific bolts you mean (lower arm, stabilizer bar, shock absorber, spring upper arm etc.), I'll try to find the specs and post them here.. The manual is really pretty complete, but way too large to post pictures. I really suggest you postpone installation until you get a copy of the manual, and do your complete research.

I used this video to install my RTR lift. Should give most of the torque specs you’d need.

So of course the bottom of the rear springs where it mounts there is a round hub I guess that the rubber spring mount slides over and my air spring was supposed to slide over that but it's half a millimeter too small. And of course the place I bought these from are closed on the weekends so I'm going to be working on the front air springs to find out if there's anything wrong with those. Luckily I work from home most of the days. Unluckily I just got switched to being in the office earlier in the week instead of later so I'll be using some time off or exceptions. And yeah I'm pretty upset because high ass so many times making sure that this was going to work and went to multiple places.

And it sucks because there's like a mount that connects to the mount on the rear air spring and I can see the hole they drilled there is actually the right size but then the second one that they put on that has holes drilled and tapped into it that it looks like are supposed to bolt into the lower control arm (except those bolt holes are like 3 in away from the holes in the lower the control arm) But that part of the hole that slides over that raised hub in the lower control arm is too small but the other part is not so it pisses me off a bit.

I asked them so many times and they assured me that this was going to work and he had blueprints for not just the Maverick but the broncos sport.
