Getting Tracker to Work?

Are there any tips to get the tracker to work? I've tried different browsers, deleting cookies, etc.. Mine hasn't worked for 5 days so I'm starting to think maybe I'm doing something wrong... My BS was a part of the batch that got parked in the lot so I was hoping to see mine get shipped.

My experience in the last 4 months is that the Ford tracker site is up and down. Maybe even down as much as half of the times I’ve checked. (Down for days at a time too.) That can be discouraging but not a sure sign that something is wrong with your order.
